[Must -see! ] Lighting technique that you want to know only "2nd writing process"
May 12, 2022 Content SEO , Keyword selection , marketing , SWOT analysis, 4P analysis, etc.
here we go! This is the second "Writing Technology I want to know".
Last time, I looked back on preparation and principles before starting writing.
This time, I would like to see the rough flow of writing.
What kind of writing projects do you guys are in charge of?
There are no blogs and SNS posts, product descriptions, proposed materials, website help pages, one with the same content.
However, most of the writing processes are stepping on four steps that can be repeated.
Be aware of this step, grasp the whole flow, and see the process, you can proceed more smoothly.
It is important to note here that this writing process is disturbed on the front, back, left and right, so you need to go back and forth through each step as you write.
Then I would like to explain the process for each step.
Writing process
- Step 1: Research
- First of all, if you don't know the theme you don't know, you can't write anything, it's natural,
so! Let's research the theme firmly. And let's identify what readers need, the content they are looking for, and clarify the purpose of the content and the goals ahead. - Step 2: Clarify
- Once you understand the theme, set a clear goal and plan with the team members. Share what you want to do with everyone in an easy -to -understand manner. Please also include the contents of the members of the members.
Stop the planned theme, content, and the role of content in front of the stakeholders, and set the deadline for achieving KPI.
The deadline may be changed later. - Step 3: Write
- If you get the whole picture of the theme you write, write it out!
Give multiple documents as candidates so that you can choose the best.
It may be a good idea to replace words and phrases.
The rest is confirmation. And if you can, ask others to see it early. - Step 4: Fix and polish
- If the manuscript is confirmed and completed! (You did it!) We'll finally send content! But this is not the end.
Even after sending out, look at the reader's reaction and polish it to keep the content in the best state.
Also listen to your friends, customers and colleagues.
This will use the following themes, such as the format, calibration list, and content guidelines.
This is the basic step of writing.
I would like to explain the points that will be useful for the next lighting.
