It is a tag that represents the update frequency of the page.
The values used are as follows.

Daily: Once a day
Weekly: Once a week
Monthly: Once a month
Yearly: Once a year
NEVER: No renewal (page does not change)

It does not mean that it will not be crawled without using this option tag, but it is possible to adjust the crawl frequency.
So, if you use a NEVER, you won't have a crawler, and it's Always so you don't always come.

③Priority

The most important pages can be set to 0.0 as 1.0.

(Example) Top page (most important page)… 1.0
Updates frequently pages… 0.8
Basic page without update… 0.0

The height of the priority is not so important, but if all pages are the same value, there is no difference.
